Step into EMIXAR Continuum and become part of an extraordinary experience where reality and technology converge. This groundbreaking exhibition pushes the boundaries of creativity, inviting you to explore a new dimension where art is expanded and redefined through cutting-edge techniques. Be part of the EMIXAR Continuum and immerse yourself in a world where the lines between the real and the virtual blur, creating an unforgettable journey into the future of art.
EMIXAR offers artists its expertise in cutting edge technologies as a new "brush" and instrument. This means that every artist can utilise the technology. EMIXAR is a travelling exhibition and moves from place to place. In collaboration with local artists, curators and museums, we ensure the positive application of technology in art and culture.
EMIXAR travels internationally with the digital art objects to promote new creative and cultural exchange. On site, local plastic art experiences an encounter with international & digital art objects. Side effect: It is nice that we do without complex art logistics and consciously deal with CO2 emissions.

Mixed Extended Reality (MXR) is used to create an interactive experience by blending real environments with virtual content, allowing users to interact with both simultaneously. In an MXR experience, virtual objects and information are overlaid onto the physical world, and users can interact with these elements through gestures, movements, or even voice commands. This interaction makes the experience more immersive, as it allows users to manipulate digital content while remaining aware of their real surroundings. In exhibitions, MXR can transform static art into something interactive, where visitors can explore, learn, and engage with the art in dynamic, personalized ways.
Technology plays a key role in merging virtual and real art by bridging the physical and digital worlds. It allows artists and curators to enhance real art with virtual elements such as interactive features, animations, or additional layers of meaning that are not possible in traditional formats. With tools like XR headsets, visitors can explore new dimensions of art, where technology transforms static works into dynamic, immersive experiences that engage the senses in unique and innovative ways. This merging opens up new possibilities for how art can be created, exhibited, and experienced.
Mixed Extended Reality (MXR) is used at EMIXAR Continuum to bring artworks to life through digital technologies. Visitors wear special headsets that project digital content like animations and interactive elements directly onto the artworks. This creates a unique, immersive experience that enhances traditional art viewing.
